Repeatability is designed in
Consistency comes from records, not from the same operator being on shift. Approved specifications, shade references and machine settings are kept for every article and used for every reorder.

Scaling without drift
Our 200+ machines produce over 50,00,000 metres a month across a wide and growing range of articles. When a program's volume rises, we add capacity on equivalent machines using the same parameters, and check output against the approved reference before it ships.
